BOOKING FEES
This fee covers the agency’s work in setting up the booking. It is not refundable and is due whether the booking is completed or cancelled.
- R 320 – R 450 (ZAR) per booking per candidate booked, depending on service requirements and notice dependent on service selected
SURCHARGES
- A R 150 (ZAR) surcharge is charged for sick care when the care of a sick child is required.
- A R 150 (ZAR) surcharge is charged for same day requests, and requests made after 4:00 P.M, the evening before a booking day (Please note Saturday/Sunday bookings are viewed as a ‘booking day’ in this case), and for bookings made on a public holiday or for bookings which will run after 6pm the night before a public holiday.

Please Note:
- A minimum booking is 4 hours or the equivalent rate.
- Rates are paid per hour.
- R 160 – R 350 per hour *
*excluding special needs care
The following discounts will be provided on the service provider fees if booked with a minimum of two weeks notice, as follows:
- More than 50 – 99 hours booked across all bookings: – 5%
- More than 100 -199 hours booked across all bookings: – 10%
- More than 200 + hours booked across all bookings: – 15%

Valet|Parking
- Valet/parking costs are paid by the client to the child carer or where guest bookings is required to add this to be deducted from the clients account.
For bookings with more than 2 working days notice we now also offer basic entertainment boxes and for bookings with more than 5 days notice customised services including high end structured play kits, ECD busybox kits, custom tours and facilitated, all ingredients’ included playdate offerings.
